Customer wants to know which ports are more congested and which ones are more efficient, so that they can change where to send their shipments to avoid delays.

currently it's possible to stop tracking an entire shipment, but we would like to stop tracking individual containers in that shipment

From my understanding, ETA change over the weekend. Can we roll those ETA changes from Saturday and Sunday into Mondays report. This will provide visibility to any and all changes that we use to update our system.

Include milestone dates to increase visibility on operational steps. e.g. customs release cleared date

I'd love the ability to add "notes" to each shipment after it has been keyed. When a shipment is delayed, I need to notify my customer. Sometimes it's hard to keep track of who I've already spoken to. If there were a note section, I could leave myself a note (or other user) that I talked to X customer on such and such day.

ability to associate the contents of a container with the container in T49

Would like to have their suppliers send shipments into Terminal49 for tracking, but not see any data from the platform. Currently, this can be done by having them email shipments in, which can then be forwarded to T49 by an authorized user.
