We have built a report that shows the ETA changes over time, and we have added it to the accounts of those who were interested in this feature.

Sylvain: Great addition to Terminal 49 Reports. Couple Requests: 1)Could you add the ref_number to POD ETA updates. 2) Also could we have a similar report for Destination ETA and Destination Arrival for those container that travel via rail from port to their end destionation. 3) Also add Max of days_to_ata to the Container Report- Beta report based on this report. 4) Also the left table "List of arrived shipments" should be the summarized version of the POD ETA updates.
Sylvain
Ebey: Thank you for your detailed feedback.
1) Ok we have added the reference_numbers to the POD ETA updates (the table at the bottom of the report).
2) We will look into the feasability of building a similar dashboard for the Destination ETA updates.
3) Could you expand a little bit on what the value of having the max(days_to_ata) in the container report is? To be clear: this column would show a value only for the containers that have arrived at the POD, and what it would show is the number of days between the first time we had an ETA, and the ATA. For eg, if we started having a POD ETA 20 days before the container arrived, it would show 20. The column name would have to be something like "Number of days between first ETA received, and ATA". It could be a bit confusing.
4) What columns would say best summarize the POD ETA updates? Timestamp of when the first ETA was received? Days between the ATA and the first ETA ? Days between the ATA and the last ETA ? We wanted to have this shipment list on the left not be too large, so we can put the chart on the right. As once you select a specific shipment the chart is a quick and effective way to see what happened with all ETA updates, whereas in the shipment list on the left we can only include just a few summary information without adding too much clutter to the list.

+1 on this request, our customers are often asking for ETA changes over time. Allows us to see how long containers are delayed. Perhaps this could be worked into the container timeline that appears under the MBL #.

Hi George Bebawy we do have this information. If there were a report of this would you want from it. What info would it display and how might you filter it?

Matt Turner: Hi Matt, Do you have an example of what it looks like? Some possible data on the report - MBL#, Vessel, Voy, Original ETA, new ETA and when timestamp of the change.

Matt Turner: Container, ETA, Date of ETA , days diff from the previous ETA
so you can see how it changed overtime if its pulled up then pushed back out etc.
