Feature Requests

Provide ability for an admin to edit user details such as name and access to records. Need to be able to terminate a users access to prevent access following an off-boarding event. Would also like to see a log of user activity and last login date.

Along with the sharing feature, customers would like the ability to set tags to Internal so things like internal PO and Tracking Numbers are visible to T49 users but not customers seeing the shared dashboard.

Going one level deeper and creating a list view of containers similar to the attached mock-up would be helpful in prioritizing container management activities. Also added the terminal descriptor. Edits in red to highlight suggestion.

the ability to filter out results not pertaining to a particular user so my dashboard reflects only the activity for my area

Adding the ETA to the "attention" section would enable users to prioritize issues. A hold on a container arriving tomorrow is much more important than one arriving next week.

while in the Reports > Reported issues > need ability to filter by specific MBL# or issues. At the moment we have to scroll through the whole list to find the data.

Allows user to call up a vessel and see if any containers on the vessel have holds/fees that need attention

Adding a feature where empty-returned containers archive themselves to remove the time-consuming process of manually archiving

Please add ability to bulk archive and mark as delivered from a report. It is super time consuming to have to do these individually.
